The Choice That Changed Everything

I became a widow at the age of 20. Young. Devastated. Faced with a choice I never imagined I would have to make: throw my life away, or make it amazing.

I chose amazing.

Not because I felt amazing.

Not because I had it all figured out.

But because something deep inside me knew that this pain could become something more ~ if I was willing to transform it.

That choice became the foundation of everything I teach today.

Finding the Tools

From 200 to 2013, I embarked on a deep spiritual journey ~ a 2 month adventure in India, exploring spiritual communities, diving into The Law of Attraction, and transformational practices that rewired my relationship with life itself.

Music became my medicine.

Songwriting became my therapy.

I wrote songs and sang through the grief.

And slowly, something shifted.

My music transformed from grief songs to manifestation music.

I was no longer singing through my pain ~ I was singing myself and others into their power.

Through my own healing journey, I discovered a deep passion for personal and spiritual development.

I discovered tools that actually worked: NLP, mindset practices, energy work, manifestation principles.

Not just concepts ~ lived practices that created real change.

And I realized: if these tools could transform my life after profound loss, they could transform anyone's life.

When I found my purpose as a life coach, I knew that learning and growing would become a lifelong journey.

Every certification, every modality, every tool I mastered was not just professional development ~ it was personal evolution that I could offer to others.

Living the Proof

In 2017, I became a mother to my son ~ creating life on my own terms while building my music career as a single parent.

In 2019, I became a certified Life Coach. The breakthrough moment when I realized: I can give people the actual tools, not just sing about dreams.

This was my Joyful Purpose clicking into place.

In 2020, I became a certified Spiritual Coach.

In 2021, I achieved my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification through the

International Coaching Federation.

Also, in 2021 I began developing my process for creating Channeled Musical Mantras for my clients, a tool I learned later is backed by neuroscience.

My commitment to growth continued as I became a certified Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), MER®, and Hypnosis in 2023, and an Integrative NLP Coach in 2024.

In 2022, I became Astra Fox ~ a courageous name change that represented stepping unapologetically into my authenticity. No longer the woman defined by loss, but a woman fully alive in her power.

In 2024, I achieved my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification through the International Coaching Federation ~ a credential held by less than 7% of coaches worldwide.

In 2025, I became a certified Human Design Guide, expanding my ability to help clients align with their authentic path.

That same year, I released my second solo album, My Own Medicine ~ a collection of high-vibe songs that uplift, heal, and inspire.

I fulfilled a dream of becoming an Instructor at the Life Purpose Institute, where I train future life coaches with my passion for the coaching processes, knowledge, and intuition.

I used every tool I now teach to heal anxious attachment patterns. After two failed marriages, I created the secure, soul-aligned love I was beginning to question was possible.

I built a thriving full-time coaching practice.

I self-produced two albums.

I learned to live from my body's wisdom, trust my intuition, and create from joy instead of struggle.

My coaching toolkit includes a variety of modalities, all aimed at empowering conscious artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs to overcome blocks and unlock their full potential.

I uniquely blend mindset and music in my work, often writing custom Channeled Musical Mantras to empower my clients.

Through my coaching, workshops, and song circles, I offer a truly transformative experience that unites mind, body, and spirit.

Every area of my life began to reflect alignment: my relationships, my creativity, my business, my motherhood, my music, my soul.
