The Choice That Changed Everything
I became a widow at the age of 20. Young. Devastated. Faced with a choice I never imagined I would have to make: throw my life away, or make it amazing.
I chose amazing.
Not because I felt amazing.
Not because I had it all figured out.
But because something deep inside me knew that this pain could become something more ~ if I was willing to transform it.
That choice became the foundation of everything I teach today.
Music became my medicine.
Songwriting became my therapy.
And slowly, something shifted ~ my songs transformed from grief into power, and I discovered the tools that made it possible: NLP, mindset practices, tapping into my spiritual resources, and the science of subconscious change.
If these tools could transform my life after profound loss, they could transform anyone's life.

I built a thriving full-time coaching practice while leaving a 13-year relationship and choosing myself for the first time.
I self-produced two albums.
I legally became Astra Fox ~ a name that represents stepping unapologetically into my authenticity.
I healed anxious attachment patterns and created the secure, soul-aligned love I had begun to question was even possible.
Every area of my life now reflects alignment:
